New project: Flower of time

One of the questions I often ask myself is how do I grow in the right direction? What kind of new initiatives do I want to put my focus, time and energy into?

Sometimes the answer comes in the form of a proposal for collaboration from other professionals who, based on an idea, have the vision to develop a project. 

In this case it was Temotional territory a cooperative that creates learning experiences for personal and social transformation, which provided the opportunity to design an emotional, physical and social well-being program for women 40+.

And so, in this 2024 it was born Flower of time WOMEN 40+ IN HEALTHY ENVIRONMENTS: NUTRITION + EXERCISE + EMOTION

A collaborative project developed by Iraima Fernández and Territorio emocional co-financed by the Gijón City Council through Gijón Boosts within the framework of the 2023 Innovative Project Grants Program (Business Cooperation Platforms).
